Carol is a native of the Washington D.C. Metropolian area.  She spent her childhood in Chevy Chase, MD & moved to Northern Virginia, where she raised two sons & her golden retriever “Mac”.  Carol has been a water baby all her life. Living close to the Chesapeake Bay, she grew up swimming, boating, waterskiing, fishing, sailing, & crabbing.  This love of the water has brought her to the Outer Banks to live.

Carol’s professional real estate career began in 1980 handling transactions from Georgetown DC to Northern Virginia. She is licensed in both N.C. & VA and has received CRS, GRI & Hall of Fame designations Her experience in real estate over the last 20+ years has given her vast knowledge of what is takes to make a transaction move easily through to fruition.
